Luka Esenko
As the founder of A2A Tours and the company’s leading photographer, Luka has been a professional tour guide for many years, leading trips and expeditions in Slovenia and abroad. While working for several travel companies, he visited more than 40 different countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa, and this experience led to him partnering to establish Židana Marela in 2004. In 2008, he finally realized the creation of A2A Photography Tours.
A passion for photography seized Luka while he was travelling around the world. Travel photography is his main field of work, but as a nature lover, he is also a keen landscape and wildlife photographer. His photographs have been published in different travel-oriented magazines, books, and travel catalogues all over the world. As a regular conductor of field photography workshops, he will be able to provide you with useful photographic tips. As his knowledge about Slovenia is extensive, you will also gain in-depth knowledge of the country from him as well.

He is also the author of many books on garden ecology, nature, birds, and outdoor activities in nature. Stasa Kraljic
Staša is a true vagabond, hard to find in just one place. A decade of kilometers traveled through multicultural cities and via roads less traveled in and out of Europe, even preferred ones on dusty, muddy pathways of Eastern Asia, Salsastic Cuba, Arab Egypt. Traveling on foot, by bicycle or on water and listening to legends of past and present you might think it is all just a fairytale … but, don’t worry, it’s only her mother country of Slovenia and the hidden delights that you’ll encounter on your way.
Truth is, her restless soul, interest in foreign languages, various cultures and people, and her soooo many questions brought her to »travel, way of life«; her motto ever since.
Ana Pogacar
Ana is an avid traveler and photographer. Having visited many parts of the world with her camera she also enjoys exploring hidden, less known places in Slovenia. Her passion for the nature and hiking takes her to the mountains and national parks wherever she goes. Extensive photographic knowledge, travel experience, contagious sense of humor and great people skills make her a delightful guide!
Alojz Troha
A professional caver, Alojz Troha is an important member of our team. He is based in the Notranjska region and is a caretaker of Križna cave. There is no one who knows this unique cave better than him. Alojz is a member of Speleological association of Slovenia and has rich experience with many other Slovenian caves. Alojz is also an expert photographer who (naturally) specialises in underground cave photography, and he will be leading all of our Cave photography workshops.
