Tours made by photographers for photographers.

Booking

Bookings will be accepted as long as the tours in question are available. After receiving your online aplication form we will send you payment information. Bookings will be considered as confirmed only after receiving deposit payment. The payment means that the clients have accepted the general conditions listed below, mainly those concerning the prices, cancellations and payment conditions.

Payment

Deposits and trip payments may be made by bank transfer in EURos. The payments are also possible via PayPal or MoneyBookers. The deposit is 300€. After paying it you will receive Confirmation Mail with further Tour Information. Full payment of the trip fee is due 30 days prior to Photography Tour date. A2A Photography Tours has the right to cancel the bookings in case the payment has not been received within the agreed terms.

Cancelation fees

You must send us written notice of your cancellation, at which time the following fees apply: 

  • 90 days or more before departure: Bank fees only,
  • 45 days or more before departure: 300€ (the deposit),
  • 44 to 21 days before departure: 33% of trip fee,
  • 20 to 8 days before departure: 66% of trip fee,
  • 7 days or fewer days before departure: 100% of trip fee.

Insurance

Although our trips and the region are safe we still recommend travel insurance.

Claims

Any claim has to be communicated to our agency during the stay or within a maximum of 15 days after end of arrangement with the agency. No claim will be accepted afterwards. All claims should be sent in written form to the agency.

Legal jurisdiction

Negotiation is considered a general method of solving problems or discrepancies concerning the fulfilment of the contract. In case that the results of such negotiations are not found satisfactory by either of the parties, courts in Slovenia are considered the courts of appeal and arbitration.
